Our Process & Important Information
Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email from our tournament committee as soon as possible to confirm your teams' acceptance into the tournament. You will then receive an invoice to the email provided. Spots will only be secured after payment is received.
The cost for the tournament is $2,500+GST
A $500 deposit is due upon registration. The remainder is due 3 weeks prior to the tournament start date.
Minor Hockey Associations or Programs attending 2/3 PHA tournaments receive a fee discount of $250 per team.
Minor Hockey Associations or Programs attending 3/3 PHA tournaments receive a fee discount of $500 per team.
All confirmed teams are required to submit their Hockey Canada Roster and a completed Official Tournament Roster as well as a team photo via e-mail no later than 5 weeks prior to the tournament start date.
