This venture has been developed to allow a limited number of alumni, businesses and sponsors, an opportunity to adopt a player. As a sponsor of a student-athlete, you will receive the following benefits, but not be limited to.
Your players game worn Cougar jersey at end of the season
Access to PHA team issued apparel
Invitation to year end awards banquet
Adopt-A-Cougar family skate night
Meet n great with student-athletes
Recognition on PHA website with the student-athlete as their sponsor
Mailing list
Opportunity to host your player for dinner with your family as often as once a month
Your sponsorship helps us provide off-ice educational opportunities for our student athletes, as well as fund some of our Community Champions initiative.
You can take part in the Adopt-A-Cougar program for $400 + GST. This can be paid as a one time fee, or through a quarterly payment plan (August 1/18, Dec 1/18, Feb 1/18, Apr 1/18)
The 2018/19 season has 38 students athletes to be adopted. Don’t miss your chance at adopting a student athlete today. Please click the button below and fill out the following form. Indicate your 1st through 3rd selection of jersey #’s (2-19, 1, 30, and 33) and team.
